A1: Within 30 days of receiving our electric wheelchair, if you are not satisfied with the product or find it unsuitable for use, you are entitled to a one-time free return or exchange service.

A2: 1. The product must be in good condition with no man-made damage.
2. The original packaging, user manual, and invoice must be kept intact.
3. The product must not have severe wear or modifications caused by personal reasons.

A3: If the return or exchange qualifies under the “30-day free return and exchange” policy, shipping costs will be covered by our company. After 30 days, if the return or exchange is due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for part of the shipping cost.

A4: 1. Contact customer service and submit a return or exchange request.
2. Customer service will review and confirm eligibility.
3. Send the product to the designated return address.
4. After inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed.

A5: If a malfunction is caused by a product quality issue, the company will provide free repair, replacement, or a full refund.
