Warranty policy
Stratisgo ensures that all of our products are manufactured and assembled using standard materials and processes. This limited warranty (hereinafter referred to as "this Warranty") applies to products purchased from Stratisgostore.com. Stratisgo reserves the right to determine the scope and availability of the warranty at its sole discretion based on specific circumstances.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This warranty covers all defects in materials or workmanship on all Stratisgo products under this warranty.
What measures are being taken to address problems?
Upon confirmation of a product problem, we may replace parts, exchange the product, or issue a partial or full refund (if the replacement product is not in stock). If Stratisgo requests the return of a defective or damaged product, Stratisgo will pay the shipping costs for the replacement or return.
How long does the warranty and customer service last?
Stratisgo products are covered by a 1-5 year warranty and lifetime customer service. Warranty terms may vary for different products and take effect upon receipt of the product. Specific product warranty policies can be found in the description on the product page or in the product's user manual. Customers can request an exchange, refund or return if problems occur within the warranty period. What is required for the warranty service?
To request warranty service, please contact service@stratisgostore.com. Once Stratisgo confirms the need for warranty service, the system may prompt you to provide further information or offer alternative solutions to resolve the problem. Please ensure that any damaged or defective products you return to us are properly packaged in their original packaging.
The following situations are not covered by the Stratisgo warranty:
- In the event of loss or theft of your product, there is no entitlement to warranty services.
- Damage due to normal wear and tear, such as natural wear and tear of tires and batteries due to frequent or improper use, scratches caused by use, are not covered by the warranty.
- Damage caused by improper use by the user, such as incorrect assembly or storage that does not comply with the operating instructions, is not covered by the warranty.
- Damage caused by neglecting the necessary maintenance is not covered by the warranty and over time the product may become irreparable.
- Damage caused by external environmental factors, such as damage caused by commercial use, accidents, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, high temperatures and humidity are not covered by the warranty.
Please note: Warranty services are not transferable, i.e. the service can only be claimed by the original purchaser and is not transferable to others.
